Manage pesticide product authorisations

If you are planning to market a plant protection product (pesticides) in Great Britain or Northern Ireland, you can use this service to apply for authorisation for a new product.

The Health and Safety Executive's (HSE) Chemicals Regulation Division (CRD) will evaluate applications submitted on this service.

Before you start

You will be asked to upload supporting documentation within this application

You will need to upload your formulation composition, active substance source details and proposed use information (GAP table) as .csv files, using [CRD templates].

Fees and invoicing

You will be asked for invoicing details as part of your application. We will send an initial invoice for the appropriate fee when we have validated your application. We may send further invoices if any additional fees are required during evaluation of the application.
